Hi there and welcome to Leadership Lessons. Today I want to share what stops us asking the questions that we should Often as a leader we feel compelled to tell and direct. Our belief may be that we have the answers or believe we should have the answer.

One of the best ways, to create buy-in is to ask questions and allow your team to share their thoughts and opinions. But we know questions, and especially good questions are often challenging for leaders and business owners.

Why is that? Lets look at the Five Enemies of great questions, as outlined by Warren Berger in his book, The Book of Beautiful Questions
